Homestart East Lancashire
Description
Home-Start is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under 11 years of age. They support parents to they grow in confidence, strengthen their relationship with their children and widen their links with the local community.
Home-Start in East Lancashire provides a range of services to help families:
- Regular visits in the home from a volunteer
- Counselling Support
- Access to Community Genetics Service
- Family Group Sessions
- Specialist Groups including
- Supporting women, who have previously had involvement with Children’s Social Care
- BME mums
- SEN Drop in service
