The Light Group – Community Group

The Light Group  Community Group runs weekly at Kairos every Monday at 11am.

The group is open to everyone and provides a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgemental space for people to come together, connect, and access support.

We specialise in supporting people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, those recovering from addiction, people who may be struggling with life challenges, or anyone looking to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
