The light Group- Refresh community group

The Light Group Community Group is a welcoming space where people can come together for refreshments, community food, fellowship, and support.

We aim to create a friendly, safe, and non-judgemental environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of background or circumstances. The group offers opportunities to connect with others, reduce isolation, build friendships, and access encouragement and support within the community.

Our group particularly supports people who may be struggling, experiencing homelessness, recovering from addiction, or simply looking for connection and companionship.
